Junior Sales Executive

SHWE TAUNG CEMENT CO,. LTD (STC) is a subsidiary company of SHWE TAUNG GROUP (STG) and leading Myanmar Company. The core activities of the company include quarrying for cement raw materials, production and distribution of cement with “Apache” brand in Myanmar.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

STC is undertaking a brownfield expansion of its cement plant in Pyi Nyaung Village, Thazi Township, Mandalay.

International Finance Corporation (IFC), the arm of the World Bank Group (WBG), is financed this project to promote sustainable private sector investment in developing countries, help reduce poverty, and improve people’s lives.

STC is seeking to strengthen its Environmental, Health, Safety and Social (EHSS) Department through the recruitment of Environmental Specialist, with special emphasis in the area of Mining Industry in Sagaing region.

Duties & Responsibilities (Junior Sales)

  • To communicate well with respective dealers on respective area when the customer enquiry and of sumitting order.
  • Report market related competitors’ information and price in a timely and accurate manner to the supervisor suggest corrective actions where needs be.
  • Chasing clients having overdue while proceeding with sales. Monitor the credit limit and credit amount of existing customer, to collect chas of cheque from customer.
  • Have to communicate well with logistics department and warehouse for the cement ordering process to get well.
  • Achievement of Sales Target for the allocated area by the Sales Supervisor. To build and maintain a good relationship with the customers in the allocated area. To achieve delivered sales targets for the respective areas. To increase a market share of in all the townships in the area serving. To assist Sales Supervisor in analyzing the daily customer database report to develop the follow up list of clients.
  • Arrange the meeting with the highly targeted potential clients with Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager. Making appointments with Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager to organize and arrange the meeting with the retailers who are interested in doing Mason Events or etc; at their outlets.
  • Prepare daily repotr to the Sales Supervisor. Prepare the meeting minutes for Sales meetings. Understand the market and prepare the agenda to discuss at weekly and monthly sales meetings.
