Job title : Junior Sales Executive / Sales Executive
Reports to: Team Leader
Job purpose
- Report to the Team Leader of the assigned Zone team
- Responsible for selling, marketing and providing customer service
- Responsible to achieve the designated sale target volume and net realization
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with customers for providing quotation, selling and opening sales orders
- Cooperating with Zone Head and Credit Controller for the creation of new customer and for the credit limit application
- Monitoring the credit limit and credit amount of existing customers
- Selling to achieve budgeted sales target for the designated regions assigned by the Zone Heads.
- Opening draft invoices in odoo system on time on a daily basis
- Working with internal logistics/warehouse department for the sales and delivery processes
- Following up with logistics team for the cement delivery to customers on daily basis
- Making sure that the clients pays for the due receivables while ensuring continued sales
- Communicating with the customers to ensure the payment is made on-time and informing Credit Controller for the cash or check collection
- Conducting market surveys as part of market intelligence – collecting competitors’ information, tender information and competitors’ pricing and reporting in a timely and accurate manner to the team leader
- Merchandising, advertising and marketing at retail shop in respective areas
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with the customers in the allocated area
- Reporting and escalating product related issues to team leader and Zone Heads
- Arranging the meeting with potential clients with Sales Team Leader/Sale Region Head and Sales M
- Preparing daily reports to the Sales Team Leader/Sale Region Head
- Preparing the meeting minutes for sales meet
Qualifications
- Great communication still
- Graduate with a college degree
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
