Duties & Responsibilities

1. Report to Pump Associate.
2. Responsible for make sure for giving good quality pump service to customer so that ensure all the pump and accessories are sufficient for casting.
3. Responsible for piping system of the concrete pump and casting site.
4. Ensure the pump and all the accessories are clean all the time.
5. Responsible to minimize the wastage because of the pumping process and pump group.
6. Responsible to take over all in charge of the pump operation at site. (e.g Organizing pump group, pipe installing-dismantling, pumping make customer satisfaction, communicate between customer service and problem solving) (if needed).
7. Coordinate with Customer, Customer Service, QA QC, Pump group & Maintenance require for assurance to be coherence among them during the pumping period.
8. Responsible to organize the pump group according to casting plan and to be ensure to have a quality service.
9. Responsible to take records which mentioned in QP and WI.
10. Responsible for monitoring to bring back all the pump and accessories when the operation finished or leaving pipe list for unfinished site.
11. Responsible to comply the QMS requirement.
12. Responsible for the job that is assigned by top management.
