ERP User Support & Service Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Consult ERP module’s accounting flow and mapping the data for departments
  • Find the errors such as product costing, inventory valuation, MRP process issues and troubleshooting in ERP Modules
  • Check and monitor ERP users’ processes to align with accounting standard
  • Resolve users’ requirements for new features and reports
  • Train ERP users for Business module and new deployed features

 Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in ICT, Computer Science, B.Ecom, B.A (Eco) or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of ERP System support experiences
  • Experiences in requirements gathering and documentation, use case development, and solution development
  • Experiences in clearly defining scope of work and services
  • Ability to ask intelligent questions as it pertains to solutions and user requirements
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal with stress on articulating and writing effectively
  • Capable of reprioritizing efforts to meet dynamic workload and schedule shifts
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, deliver high quality work consistently against tight deadlines

 Other Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must be a self-starter, alert, energetic, responsible and flexible
  • Able to travel project sites if required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skill in English
