The Health & Safety of our employees and visitors is priority for all STC members. It is our goal to promote best practice Health and Safety throughout all of our operations. Line engineers on the sites actively control the safety of their teams and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with the appropriate guidelines. Proper safety gear is provided for all employees. Visitors and contractors are not permitted on site without completing a safety induction program. Safe working practices are a key part of the training provided for all employees. Routine and non-routine operations are all assessed for risks and procedures to allow the safe completion of the tasks are written in advance. Safety reporting is an important part of all management meetings. There is a considerable focus of management time on continuous improvement and safety awareness programs.
