Duty & Responsibilities

1. Install Computers, IP Phones, Printers, Scanners, and Drivers
2. Check and maintain computer, IT related peripherals and cable layout
3. Perform physical cleanness and maintenance computer if needed
4. Create Active Directory User and assign the permission
5. Install Standard Software and solve software error
6. Remove virus from computer and data storage device
7. Install Network (Wireless and Cable) for new building
8. Draw the network diagrams for Office and Plant Layout
9. Monitor and check internet connection and fix the error if needed
10. Monitor network clients to control internet bandwidth and assign policy if necessary
11. Manage and monitor Room Door Assets Control System
12. Install and maintain CCTV system for necessary offices and location
13. Install the Skynet (DTH) and maintain free WIFI areas at the dormitory
14. Settle the monthly bill for Skynet (DTH)
15. Prepare and submit IT Monthly Report to the IT Manager
16. Perform efficient IT support for Business operation and report to IT Manager
17. Willing to learn
18. Good communication skills and understanding of organization privacy and security policy
19. Able to adapt new environment
20. Able to travel if necessary

Qualification

1. Degree in Computer University or Technological University
2. Good understanding of Hardware, Software, Networking and IT Infrastructure
